Great value for money and location

Excellent location, spacious rooms, great service, good value for money.

The rooms have singe beds, a little uncomfortable. The food was hit and miss. The room service I ordered was amazing, but breakfast really mediocre and the Asian restaurant food was quite bad.

Not a resort. Great room and snorkelling.

The rooms are really big and modern. Enough space for everything and great view if you have a sea view room. Rooms are also neat and clean. Reception staff were friendly. The diving centre is great, excellent service and very accommodating with our 2 year old.we went Snorkeling with them to Snoopy Island and had a great time. The breakfast and all-inclusive food is okay, not bad, but not 5 star worthy in terms of variation.

We feel a bit like the name is very misleading. It is definitely not a resort at all. It is a hotel with a pool on the beach. The kids' club was quite disappointing. I found that the ladies working there were not very accommodating or friendly towards my child. Didn't have the greatest experience with the spa either, especially considering the exorbitant prices. It just seems to be all about the money with a lack of experience. It is very catered towards Russian people. Aside from the room, I don't think it was value for money.

Modern hotel, great for families

The hotel feels brand new, I like that it is not a large facility so it's easy to go to the beach, pool, or back to rooms. Very good for families. The food was nice. The staff was friendly. My daughter had so much fun in the kids' club, there were many activities.

The food variety can be better. One of the pillows had stains on it. Room cleaning mainly makes the bed. Not all bars offer the same drinks included in all-inclusive, they can be more flexible.

We took a suit it was absolutely amazing! Furniture is new, linens, amenities view ! Fabulous we loved it !

The territory is super small, not green required a lot of arrangement still , hopefully it will be done in a proper way Staff in restaurant needs to be more trained

Disappointing

Too many groups - felt like they took over the hotel and no vonceniences for independent travellers considered. Breakfast was over crowded- food in breakfast was terrible and geared for the groups. Same with the bar at pool, no menus, no service at pool to order drinks or food, and if we did order cocktails, they came in plastic cups and Pepsi was flat as again geared up for groups who clearly had limitless soft drinks and these were served in 2 litre bottles not kept cool- felt like a cheap hotel experience.

Disappointing

Large spacious villa and good location for guests opting to stay at the villa. But from my experience staying for 2 nigh

Location and Large Villa near the beach

Level of service and hygiene is not good. We had to ask several times to change bed sheets due to blood stains and other stains (a sample photo attached). During check in into the villa, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned and the toilet paper rolls were not new but used ones with half roll. We ordered in room dining service; we were informed to leave the food tray outside the villa and the hotel staff would take it. From 5:00 pm until the next day approximately 9:00 am, the food tray was lying outside our room door. I had to call the hotel staff to remove it. This is absolutely not a 5 star level service nor a 5 star hotel. Next door hotels which I stayed in the past have a superior service.

It was ok but i expected much more for the amount i paid

Big rooms, good internet

Some staff members were not so accommodating, telling us their rules instead of trying to serve us. This was in the afternoon at the pool when we wanted to eat something. The shower holder was broken and it was not fixed after I noticed the staff. During breakfast i had to wait long for coffee. In the Thai restaurant the food was served in piecemeal fashion so that my wife finished hers already and my food still had to come.

Superb

Exceeded my expectations! Worth every dirhams paid

The hotel room is spacious with an astonishing view of the sea. I loved the location it felt like it was hugged by the mountains in a cozy way. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. They speak English Arabic Russian and other languages very well. The entertainment was very pleasant as well. The hotel was super clean the food was excellent. There was a man whos responsible for food service in the breakfast restaurant and the 1st floor bar, he was really brilliant and attentive.

The Chinese restaurant seemed understaffed and they were taking too long to deliver the orders. Need some work there to enhance the service. The chef tried to make it up by offering some sushi on the house yet i would say they need to address it at the management level.
