Wouldnt go back at this place.

Beach close to the facility

The dishwasher was not working, dry machine didnt work, cockroaches in the apartment. I went to the main office 2 time but they didnt care. We were at Buinding 4 apt #412. If you decide to visit this place, just remember dont stay at this building. I spoke with Tyler Salerno (Assistant General Manager) they said there is nothing that they can do.

A great place to stay for a family beach getaway

Great location - easy beach access. Worked great for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom

Good place but a little overpriced.

Comfortable condo with plenty of room for our family of six. Centrally located on th Island with easy access in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager and maintenance man. We had a problem with the door and the maintenance man fixed it within minutes. They had a small activity most days. They had two pools, which were good. Beach is 1/2 mile away.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped as to utensils. Pots, pans, and other cooking items were pretty cheap. No pizza cutter. A spare pillow was unserviceable and they replaced it the next morning. Not really any kid resort activities like some places. They have a popsicle sale one day for $5 each. Contrary to the web site claiming shuttle service to the beach this resort is not allowed to use it for some reason. Either walk or drive and pay a dollar per hour to park at a meter for the beach.

The condo was huge and everyone had plenty of space! There is an elevator in every building and there were luggage carts next to where you parked. The staff members were so kind and went out of there way to ensure we were having a good trip. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the ocean (right across the road). We will most definitely stay here again!
