Reception desk staff were very nice. Nice location in the middle of the city center, close to every thing.
The room was not big enough, bathroom as well. I expected a luxury bathroom.

The isolation of the room are not the best one, I could listen the couple in the other room having some fun. Lol

Given only option of a room in first floor where lots of noice and soft bed with no coffee machine. Lately I have a feeling that booking hotels via booking.com is not well treated, I have been given the last option.

This location is perfect to explore the city of Rotterdam
Perfect location. Right outside of the train station surrounded by restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Hotel mini fridge was empty. Only 1 bottles water inside and the hotel bar closes early

Not flexible, menu not adapted for different cultures
