Very good

It was almost perfect.

The interior layout from ground floor up is tasteful and well-kept. The breakfast was excellent. There is excellent parking and public transportation next to the hotel.

The beds. We were a group of 11 distributed over six rooms. Eight of us had backaches in the morning from the mattresses.

Average Hotel at Above Average Rates

The front desk staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The beds and linens were great, plenty of towels. View from the room was nice.

The hotel needs updating. Room key stopped working multiple times. Connecting the television to our AppleTV was cumbersome, and it was impossible to cast streaming content from our laptop to the TV no matter what we tried. Housekeeping was a nightmare if we didn't want the room cleaned first thing in the morning. Several times, I called housekeeping to say I was leaving the room for 2 hours and requested cleaning at that time. They'd say yes, I'd return and the room would not have been serviced. The food at the hotel restaurant is terrible. (the only exception being the chicken club sandwich I ordered one night. However, the delivery was mixed up, and they tried to bring it twice.)

Great location, good breakfast

Great location for what I needed, lovely breakfast and a great room with a comfy bed.

Check in staff were a little frosty, free wifi not included unless honours member for the price of the rooms free wifi should be included as most hotels now do this.
