Christmas Vacation

Hotel is located within 2 mins walk from Financial Centre Metro Station. Starbucks, Super Market, Pharmacy are closer too within 3-4 mins. Some of the restaurants are at walkable distance too. Many attractions are easily approachable via Metro.

Location, super close to the Metro.

Elevators take ages, and breakfast needs more variety of food. Eggs should be prepared and shouldn't be available only upon request and take 20 minutes of waiting time. FYI, I am a loyal and returning customer. Pls help to fix it.

They indicated a kings bed but gave us two single beds. Please get it in writing (mail) from them whatever facilities are agreed upon

Perfect family vacation

Lovely welcoming staff, perfect location near the metro station and Dubai mall. The room was very spacious and cozy with comfortable furniture. Room amenities were very generous. Taxis are also available right at the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was very good, but needs more varieties and the possibility to add an omelette station instead of on order as it takes some time to receive the order. Also, it will be better to install a ramp at the hotel entrance to have easier access for baby strollers and people using wheel chairs.
