I liked the rooms, very clean and spacious, the staff very friendly especially Thabiso at the front desk, his face is sooooo welcoming and his forever . Such a wonderful soul. The food was ok, the pool area is wonderful and very beautiful

The room experience was horrible but the food and entertainment on the 01/01/24 was great

The location was perfect for relaxation

The shower in room 502 was horrible,ugly , the room had a fowl smell and the shower also needed deep cleansing. I was moved to room 303, it was better but the shower tiles need deep cleansing and basins were not draining properly. I have pictures

Less staff will lead to sub standard service

Location and pool area are the best

Beds were uncomfortable, too firm. Breakfast too expensive and the fact that there was no bacon and for me that was not the best. Thr previous night, we ordered food from the restaurant and it was dirty with dishes on top of cupboards inside the restaurant, I was not impressed at all.even when you bring to the staff's attention, they were bit interested in solving . We had to request for towels on both days into the night around 9pm. Is there no staff to supervise

Love the ouside facilities...entertainment areas and swimming facilities.

Cleanliness not up to standard. Cleaners can do better. We had an executive room but it is far from executive. The bathrooms and carpets need upgrade. Only the bare basics. Towels need to be replaced. Some painting will also help.
