Superb

Great stay in Carcavelos

Great location, arround many places where to eat, not far away from beach. Friendly staff.

Breakfast starts only from 7am. Coffee mashines work slowly and break occasionaly. The coffee was not good.

Very old furniture Room smells of smoke A/C device on the balcony-water on the floor of the balcony Room change (we booked a suite) first time denied - after second request due to smell of smoke in the suite possible

Location beside a mall and short walk to the beach. Very good housekeeping

After asking reception if they could help me bringing up my luggages from the indoor parking garage to the room was answered with the information where the trolleys are placed in the hotel or with other words: Self service please. I thought I booked a 4* hotel with personal and not a Ibis budget.

Very pleasant, would stay again if in the area

Nicely kept hotel, 5 mins from beach and 30 seconds from an eclectic mix of restaurants. Staff were very friendly, also the building was attached to a very decent shopping mall that offered every retailing experience

Breakfast was a bit shabby, just not really 4 star.

Nice stay in Carcavelos despite rainy weather

In general the hotel is in convenient location. It is comfortable, clean and good value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The access to fitness, spa and internal swimming pool is now paid, which was not the case when we stayed at the same hotel a year ago. This discourages from using them.

I have family in carcavelos so it was perfect, near a beautiful beach, a shopping centre beside it and a short walk to a square with a great variety of cafe/restaurants

Dated hotel in a great location, overall comfortable stay

Great location, cozy rooms, comfortable swimming pool area

Unfortunately the age of the hotel really shows. The elevators might be a fun ride the first time but they do get very annoying (slow and at some point not working at all), if you stay on the right side of the building facing the pool there are big fans outside the window that make a horrible noise, the breakfast is very basic.

Big and clean room Confortable bed Balcony with view to the swimming pool

Automatic switch that turns off the air conditioning without delay. This device is very useful for saving energy, but it is annoying because it has no timer, so it turns off the air conditioning immediately. If the guest opens and closes the balcony door just to go outside, he will need to wait 5 or 6 minutes for the air conditioning to start working inside again. This operating mode consumes even more energy and contributes to reducing the lifespan of the air conditioner.
