Bad design, even worse staff

Location, style

Staff was very passive so all the problems we had we had to find a solution ourselves. The suite is sold as fits 3-4 adults but the toilet has no door, so make sure you're REALLY friends with whoever you bring with you.

A great hotel in Estoril.

A new hotel in a great location with a fantastic vibe. Breakfast was expensive (17.50 p.p.), but worth every cent. Evening music in the lobby (DJ). Extremely friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach and the train.

Rooftop was closed (december), which was a pity. Also, the spa was not available. The hotel front is at a busy road, which might be loud (also at night).

Good looking comfortable hotel to relax

Brand new modern hotel with good looking design, very polite and professional staff. Location has beautiful view from the balcony - you can watch the sea and it is just 5min walks to the train station or bus stop. Great balcony with comorftable furniture. Amazing bed and nice lamps in the room, coffee machine (capsules) and tiny fridge. Good room equipment, although I would prefer lockable wardrobes instead of open space for clothes. Quite nice place for breakfast and amazing pool on the roof!!! Great new place for comfortable stay with spa, gym and spot for meetings with friends and familly.

Dear Evolution Hotel your hotel is beautiful and staff is amazing. I will share some thoughts just to put more attention for people with some allergies. Please remember to use less perfume fragrances in common spaces.. some nice smells can be very dangerous to people and remember about guests with food restrictions. For breakfast we had the same food for 7 days and I had to bring my own food to diversify diet although I asked for gluten free and vegan option many days before. Fruits and jams is not enough :-) Coffee machine with fresh coffee is much better than from capsules.. and this capsules are not eco friendly. In the room we had few difficulties because of the design that looks cool but works not so well. Using many tiny switches for lights was complicated. Ventilation needs some attention (its too cold or too hot even when we put 22C). We had to sleep with open balcony but hotel is next to quite busy road so it was a bit too noisy. Using toilet was uncomfortable. Single translucent sliding doors for toilet/shower. It is not very private when wardrobe is also open space... We also had issues with smell in the toilet space. But these are just details.. and this is just because of the design that can be perfect for others. Neighbourhood has nothing special to offer but if you choose this hotel for comfortable stay in one place it will be perfect. If you prefer to do something more than staying in the hotel, find different location. This hotel is really comfortable for time at one place just to relax.

Relaxing and cozy.

The breakfast was very delicious with different options and freshly cooked food, the jacuzzi was really perfect and the outside pool has the best view and size!

We were extremely disappointed with the fact that the sauna was out of service as this was the main reason for our booking...we would expect the hotel to let us know about this in advance. The sliding door in the bathroom of our room did not work properly.
