Very good

Very nice room, walking distance from the old city.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice en suite.

Air con not very effective. No coffee/tea making facilities, check in not at the location.

Good experience, good choice.

the room was very clean and tied. Air condition was working good, the location is safe and convenient, the bus stops at the entrance of the hotel directly. The property is surrounded by supermarkets, caffe, restaurants.

Hair dryer ( low effeciency) The pillows were thin and didnot fit the hotel standards As well as bed cover. No water heater for ( tea,coffe,)

It was a relatively large room with double and bunk bed. Size was good with sorting of luggage, convenient location

Superb

The room was clean near the center , easy access with coffee shops and supermarket nearby.

I sent a mail asking if it were possible to leave our bags earlier than recommended check-in and also the size of the bed and i never got an answer

Disappointing

Bathroom was ok

No heating at all. Radiators and aircon unit not working. Only 2 pillows, very thin bedding, no proper duvet. No glasses for drinks. Very small, poor quality towels. Difficult to collect keys due to location of office. Parking some distance away and not easy to get into with a low car.

terrible service

There was NO blanket for us in the room. Only bed sheets. We asked for a blanket and we got a late night response (after we had already slept in our clothes) that they would provide us a blanket next day. Well, they did not! We slept two nights with our clothes. Lousy terrible service. When a guest asks you for a blanket in the middle of winter you simply stop anything you are doing and provide them with one. This is hotel management 101
