It rained during my stay. walking from hotel to Convention Center w/o going outside was great.

The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and well worth the money spent.

It is an inconvenience to not have a microwave oven. I don't understand this one.

We were there for the marathon, and there is no better location, honestly.

The price gouging. Yes, there are several events in town, but the price of the rooms was exorbitant.

Hotel was gorgeous. Staff was above and beyond helpful.

The smell right outside the hotel was horrendous. It REEKED of marijuana.

Very poor

Disappointing - Audit rooms, maintenance, clear alarms on clock. Replace your towels once a decade!

Bed was comfortable. The room and building in general were clean. Bedding was decent quality. The first two day shift staff were very helpful.

The toilet made noises randomly all night. The alarm clock was set to 5:30am and woke me up. Towels were very poor quality. Television barely worked but complimentary channels didn't at all. Had to pay for usable internet. The staff did not look up from their registers when I left. Or they were in a group talking to each other. Convenience shop in Lobby overpriced. Will try somewhere else in Richmond next time.

Weekend Getaway

The room was nice except our phone wasn't working in the room, so no room service etc...Everything else was good. The location was great! In walking distance to several restaurants, although there is a restaurant and Starbucks at Marriott. We were intown one-night for VUU football game and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again next time in Richmond

The phone or TV not working They came to fix the TV problem, but I guess they didn't get work ticket for phone because it wasn't fixed.

Hotel double charged me at arrival and delayed to return my money, they never answer the phone and customer service was terrible, I had to wait over a month to get my refund
