We paid 1200 AED for 1 night stay and we had no privacy as we cannot put volume of our tv, reception called saying neighbours are complaining about sound.. what is this do we pay for non privacy.

Where to start? Staff is not friendly at all, my check in was confusing, indian guys at reception always so rude and never smile you feel like u are bothering them not helpful at all, I asked them of they can give us more water and they said max 4 per day otherwise is chargable excuse me?! Ive been to dubai milion times and this never happend to me in any hotel. Staff made me feel like i never wanna come back to this place ever again. Location not so good near the busy and lour road and u cant walk there. We had suite but it was small especially bathroom.

Good place to stay in Dubai

Beautiful place and design, and the staff were lovely.

The room was too small. The AC condition was bad and makes me feel hot most of the time, even when I set it as cold. The gym was fair., however, it needs for more equipments to be better to utilize by those who care about the fitness instead of going to an outside gym.
