very good location, walking distance to Lincoln Mall. More amenities were provided like free shuttle to beach, beach chairs, bottled water provided daily, etc. The food was better than the other Residence Inns we stayed before.

Superb

Perfect location for seeing Miami South Beach

We arrived late and received a warm welcome. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and compact well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was excellent. We shopped at Trader Joes directly over the road and prepared dinner in the kitchen. The location was great, close to Lincoln Mall and an easy walk to the beach and Art Deco area.

Nothing. Its a really comfortable hotel in a great location. IM FROM AUSTRALIA, NOT HONGKONG but the morons at Booking.com seem incapable of correcting their error.

Beware the security deposit

The pool and local was great and the hotel is nice and clean

Reception staff surly and unhelpful Be warned with the security deposit as we used part of ours to pay for the parking however they have never given us back the difference I even took this up with my card company however they were unable to get anywhere with the hotel So think before you choose this hotel

We were rather disappointed by personnel and price-value

The best about this hotel is the supermarket right across the street.

The response times of the reception epecially the managing director is a joke. We've contacted them three days before we arrived and got a response once we were back in Germany. Sun beds are available at the beach. Umbrella needs to be paid extra with 20 Dollars / day. The hotel is too expensive to come with these additional costs. We were told the transfer to pick us up from the beach should be called by phone. Extra roaming for all EU citizens on top. Breakfast was okay but too much waste. For whatever reason after day one there was only plastic knives left. Air condition is at maximum. Way too cold and not sustainable All in all not worth the price

Exceptional

An excellent budget hotel

Excellent value for money. We where in a good location being only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. The beach shuttle was also very useful. The breakfast every morning was nice and the staff where excellent. We also made use of the beach chairs and the free bike rentals which where very nice additions.

There isnt really any negative that stands out to me. For the price me and my friends payed we where very happy with the hotel. Maybe the gym is a bit small.
