Great staff, great location but let down by worn out product

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever you ask for they always try their best to deliver and accommodate. Indian food was very nice and tasty(avoid the Chinese food they tasted very bad). Walking distance to the winery.

Property is in urgent need of renovation as most of them were old and dont work as intended including taps, blinds, drawers, etc. They also need to look after cleanliness. Also they should consider to have the swimming pool heated as it gets quite cold. Even the gaming room equipments were badly worn out. Cleanliness was another aspect, everything seemed very dusty, rusty or dirty in general.

Housekeeping Service was extremely to respond. Had to call up reception most of the times.

Very nice hotel - with plenty of areas where they can improve without adding cost to the guest as well as themselves!

Location is fairly good, far from city. Vineyards were there, but not presented well. They could have decorated and planned few walking path to give first hand experience and excitement to the tourist.

Bathroom accessories were little rundown. Wanted to book for weekend and inquired at reception, got response in form of a visiting card and a sentence they are handling . I dont understand, why a house guest should get such a response which felt like - not interested!

Premises was very clean and up to the mark

Property needs to have first kit and and emergency doctors. Also staff need to learn about emergency approach to customer's. Little bit higher on pricing.
