The room was dirty Sheetz was dirty .. then the hotel room door says checkout time is 12 they came to my door several times knocking and I told them I was leaving ..the sign says 12 the staff saying 11 it was confusing ..I guess I took long they cut the power off to my room I had to rush out

The price waa reasonable, easy accessible and convenient. Bring your own pillows!

The parking lot was well lit at night. The hotel was very convenient and easily accessible from the interstate. There are many restaurants around it and it was close to the Coliseum.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The heat/ac unit barely worked and wouldnt stay on. There was a strong spray cleaner scent when we first entered our room and we left the door open for about 30mins or so in order to air it out. It was a floral smell and was causing us to cough and sneeze.

The ladies in the office were extremely nice

Everything else. No mini fridge for my daughters milk. No microwave to heat up left overs from dinner. This place was completely different from the photos provided.

The hotel staff needs training on how to deal with the disabled and blind. They also need sensitivity training on how to treat the blind and disabled.

Superb

Simple and easy to navigate, room was worth the price.

Close to everything but tucked away enough to not be directly in a high traffic area. Quiet and peaceful.

Bed was squeaky and there were burn holes in the comforter and sheets.

Was worth the price!

I didn't have breakfast. I stayed in the 2 nd floor. Room looked to be in remodeling phase. Phone didn't have a stand and wasn't a place to plug in the lamp in room. The night lady at desk seemed to have an attitude when I asked for a charger cord for my phone. Loved that there was security on property that was walking around and being visible for most of the nights I was there even in wee hours of the morning. Bed slept good however, pillows were a flop and not fluffy. Hot water in shower was awesome! Definitely got what I paid for and will book again when in the area for the price.

Late night front desk lady had a bad attitude. Guy that checked me was nice. The room could have been totally completed with remodeled items. Few things left undone but none were safety hazards just cosmetic items.
