Decent hotel with good facilities

Decent location and not too far from the metro station. Staff service was great, welcoming and nice. Room was comfy and decent facility.

Breakfast was decent but expensive for what it was. Also very busy and the tables were crammed together, so not a great ambience to start the day.

The Concierge were really helpful and friendly - their names have escaped me but really impressed with their service and how helpful they were with all my queries.

There was one housekeeping lady that was very invasive and wanted to just get the room cleaned as soon as possible - felt as if I had to rush to get out my room in order for her to clean

Good location, friendly staff in front desk, comfortable and clean room

Breakfast foods could have been better. Kitchen and restaurant staff need proper training for a 5-star hotel quality. Receptionist lady in breakfast was quite rude and loud.

the location was near all tourist spots and many restaurants near by the metro and the tram train was a minutes walk away and the grand bazar was 10 min walk away. would definitely stay their again when I go back again in feb 24

Nice location and good overall quality for the money.

Close to the historic centre and main attractions, easy access to metro, tram as well as buses. Rooms are overall nice, the furniture is somewhat outdated. The breakfast is totally on point, wide range of meals with great quality, it is better to avoid peak times, though.

The pool and fitness facilities were out of order at the time of our stay, we were recommended external providers at a hefty price. The furnishing of the hotel is not the most modern, but ok. It was hard to catch the perfect time slot for breakfast, when too many people were in the restaurant, the staff could not keep up with the refills.

Good Location and Value for Money!

Location was good and we managed to walk around the major streets within minutes from the hotel. The room size was good. Check-In staff were very friendly and helped us booked our dinner on the Bosporus with ease. We spent one night, however i would stay here longer next time.

The Bar-men need to be trained on the cocktails as they were not sure what the menu was offering! But they managed at the end with a bit of help from me to make my cocktail!
