Very poor

At first, it all looked like paradise with seaview, beautiful garden, charming bungalow...

that quickly turned into hell. There are only two things I expect from a hotel: SLEEP and SHOWER and neither was possible. SLEEP: there are no windows so you hear the constant noise of the boats that is as loud as if your neighbour was mowing the lawn 24/7 (with windows open!). If you happen to be able to fall asleep, you are then woken up because of the heat since there is no AC on the room and then you need to face the noise again to fall asleep again. This was torture. SHOWER: there is no hot water and the owner tries to greenwash this saying it's and ecological resort. How convenient. I must have misunderstood the concept, which I thought was offering alternatives not giving up on comfort at all. Surprisingly enough, there didn't seem to be any problem with offering private luxury polluting boat tours at the reception...The last day there was simply no water at all. We stayed 3 nights and we left the island completely exhausted to the point that we had headaches because of sleep deprivation. In addition to this, I sent a WhatsApp message via the phone number indicated on Booking to arrange our arrival and logistics but I only got a reply three days after... we had already checked-in. Like it's sometimes the case in Thailand, they only care about your money, your comfort and satisfaction don't matter.

Quaint hillside accommodation away from the madding crowds

Lovely garden setting and quieter spot away from the loudness of the main walking street. Good for families. Friendly, if unremarkable, staff and service. Overall, good value for money. Breakfast was decent with a modest variety of common options.

Be aware that its at the far end of the East side and then up some stairs, although theres a baggage lift if needed.

Beautiful secluded hide-away in busy Railay Beach

Nice bungalow with great view, nice garden area, friendly staff and good breakfast with a variety of options.

The noise of the boat traffic is there, but this counts for every hotel in this area. Nevertheless, I could sleep after getting used to it.

Location, beautiful sea view , observing family of monkeys coming to the roofs to play/rest/eat palm fruits, lovely breakfast with delicious variety of flavours Thai sticky rice cooked in leaves

Climbing stairs to the location, mosquitoes in the evening , no swimming on the east beach ,have to go to west beach which is not far at all like 5 min walking just for information

Big comfortable rooms with a nice view. Breakfast was ok too. Place was so quiet and peacefull.

Rustic bungalow with beautiful view and delicious breakfast!

Very tranquil location with beautiful views. The best breakfast we had compared to other hotels in Thailand. Bungalow was pretty old but cute, most important it had a mosquito net over the bed.

Amazing views, cosy bungalow, a lot of steps to get up to your bungalow.

Wonderful resort. Complimentary breakfast. The view from the sea view bungalows is amazing, fan was very powerful and kept us cool at night. Free water refills.

Dont stay here if you struggle with fitness/physical ability, as to get up to the resort and up to your rooms theres ALOT of steps. Water from refills tastes quite plasticky. A lot of mosquitos, not much more the resort can do as they have mosquito nets around bed and on every window. Not hot water in shower. First shower was lupe warm in the evening as Im guessing the water had all day to heat up in the pipes from the sun. However in the morning the shower was freezing (but refreshing)
