Still like the location, and room standard still good.

The front staff - bar some few people - have never been amazing; this time the reception was really not very welcoming. She made our registration more complicated than needed. Then gave us the most minimum room for the tariff we booked.

The breakfast and the team - fantastic!

I cannot think of one. You performed fantastically well. I appreciate the guys and the ladies at the reception - all good people. It was a good experience for me and most especially my wife.
