Position was great and the hotel was clean and nice

There were works in front of the hotel, this woke us up every morning at 6am with terrible noises.

Conveniently located business hotel in Itami Bibi with a great rooftop bar.

Great location in Sao Paolo. Spacious room with balcony. Toiletries were of great quality. The roof bar was a good place to hang out and you got good views of the SP skyline. Breakfast - though not an extensive spread - was really tasty and fresh.

The construction work going on just next door is very very loud and distracting. I know not much can be done regarding this but if youre looking for a quiet location - this hotel is not for you till construction wraps up.

Good location in safe area, very friendly staff

The windows are not soundproof at all, there was a construction site across the street and we could pretty much hear the works at all times

Lovely pool area-lots of construction noise

The pool area was lovely.

Lots of construction noise as there are buildings going up beside and behind the hotel. Unfortunately they construction continued into the night for 5 days we stayed and they had to update their server so we didnt have Wi-Fi for some of the last day there. I made a complaint to management and even though it wasnt completely their fault (could have mentioned construction on their website) they gave us a small discount and complimentary late checkout.

Very good location in the heart of Itaim, close to Ibirapuera and to many excellent restaurants and bars. very comfortable bed, good shower. excellent breakfast. Nice sports room and outside pool in the rooftop.

Noisy neighborhood, and windows were not sound proof.

Good choice for 1-2 nights in Sao Paolo, location is good. Room was nice and breakfast good. You get what you pay for.

Unfortunately the more attractive area for breakfast was always closed. No outdoor seating for breakfast or dinner. Cloth cleaning service is really expensive. I think part of hotel had a remodel, elevator and elevator entrance area at the upper floors for example where left in the old design. Hallway light turns of every 30 sec and is controlled by sensor. So while our waiting for the elevator half the area gets dark. Pictures are nicer than real live.
