Nice breakfast

Room interior is old and needs an update. Shower door didnt close, light was hanging loosely from the ceiling and the sink was held in place by bits of wood Not what youd expect from a Hilton!

The hotel was beautifully designed and had excellent amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The food was very good and had a lot of variety.

The only thing that was good was the erika employee

Much of things.. they sad I could use the lounge (need to pay for it) ate 00, but when I pass 22 they sad it ends... ?????? Sorry I payed for use at 00:00

Needs improvement

Me and my wife liked the attending staff in the reception, breakfast area and in general all questions were answered everything was more than satisfactory. Also facilities looks beautiful and clean. Cleaning lady does her work without any problems.

Judging by the price dinner should be included. Also i think 5* hotel should have smart TV in the room. And some details in the room makes the room look old and simple for example had ironing board almost with broken material inside. Wardrobe had defects, air conditioning very loud.
