Good location. Decent room. Some facilities and staff need work.

The location was excellent. Enjoyed being. able to walk over to the mall when needed. Though hidden away, there was a salon available and the service was excellent.

There were issues with noise in the room. It may have been AC units or traffic from the major highway, which is out front. Staying toward the back of the building may help. Some (not all) of the staff were not very good. We found the women working at the front desk to be excellent, but there was a gentleman working, I believe as a concierge, who was approached on multiple occasions for information or assistance and the responses were lacking. I spent a good 20 minutes looking for the salon where I could get my nails done because he directed me to the spa. My friend had to ask three times for an iron to be brought to his room. We ate breakfast several times in the restaurant, but the service was so bad (slow, forgetful, inattentive) we bailed and usually went to the Sanborns across the walkway in the mall. Fast service, good food, reasonable price. We were staying almost a week in the hotel, so it gave us time to get a good feel for it.

The gym equipment was put together wrong and I almost got hurt. The theostat didn't do anything and my room was pretty warm.

If you have a choice, avoid this hotel.

The king room was big and well appointed

Its next to the highway, so the noise is awful. The room was not cleaned. We came in at 4:00pm and had to call the reception to get someone to clean the room. The heat was not working, and it was 10 degrees Celsius at night. The hot water was also not working, even after 2 minutes. It turns out, we had to keep it running for at least 10 minutes to get hot shower. The mattress was barely ok, and so were the pillows. Oh, and the elevator to the 5th floor would work sporadically. We had to walk several times to the 4th floor to the elevator.

Great experience in Mexico!

Great hotel with everything you need for work and rest. Location was great for me because it is very close to the UNAM, but the hotel is far away from the Historic Center of the city (Zocalo, Palacio de Bellas Artes, Palacio Nacional, etc). The hotel has a great restaurant, and the breakfast is fantastic. In front of the hotel, (2 minutes walking, literally), is the Perisur Mall, one of the biggest of the city, where you will find shops and resturants. Highly recommended.

convenient location to the university and the Perisur mall.

the restaurant and lobby area were very nice

the safe was locked open so we couldnt use it and they wouldnt send someone to fix it if we werent there and there was never a convenient time for us to wait for a maintenance person to fix it. so we said we dont want housekeeping, and they entered anyway. Also, the climate control in the room was totally unmarked, so setting the temperature was very difficult and total guesswork whether we would wake up hot or cold in the night.

Great location, room and service, but with constant traffic noise

Location is great, close to Perisur Mall and good road access because it is right on Pereferico Sur.

Because the hotel is on Pereferico Sur, the road noise is very loud 24 hours of the day making it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

To expensive for the quality

The room size.

It is impossible to sleep in that hotel. The noise level is above tolerance level. The facility is very outdated. Staff is friendly, but English communication is very difficult.
