Nice hotel and good restaurant, horrible service

Hotel beatiful, restaurant beautiful, excellent food in restaurant and excellent staff on the restaurant.

Cleaning people didnt want to do their Job, bed was poorly made, and the first day i got to the hotel, my room had rubbish from another stay. Room get full of light because curtains does not work, AC didnt work and I literally woke up sweating at night. Told aboug this 2 problems to hotel and nobody even tried to resolve. I called about 7 times to reception and only was answered 2, other 5 times nobody picked up. Wrote to the hotel and received no answer. Hotel is really nice, but i had a horrible experience while trying to sleep because of hot weather inside the room and the room being light up as soon as the sun came up.

Hotel is near to a lot of Budapest interesting places

Parking is too expensive. Rooms are small, yes facilities are luxurious , but there is a mold in the bathroom.

Not what i was expecting from a radisson blu hotel! A tiny room with a non confortable bed! In addition Ive booked a three person room with three beds but i only get 2 beds and a convertible sofa(not confortable at all).

The staff was very friendly. Very central location.

The breakfast and the room service food quality was average at best. The person cooking eggs at breakfast was very unprofessional. On a separate note, the facilities need renovations: I could hear street noise through the window and through the entrance door. The AC unit was very noisy as well.
