Noise from unsupervised children between 12am and 1.30am. More should have been done at check in to ensure this didn't happen

Great stay !

Great hotel on an great boat, room are clean and I expected smaller but actually big enough. Breakfast buffet great also the dinner menu, we really like it and big choice. Staff very smiling and helpful.

Maybe negative point is that there is no public transport close to the hotel: - closest bus stop is 25 minutes walking and not very convenient for walk so we took Uber to go to close metro (cca 25 AED) or hotel offers shuttle service to beach or to Dubai Mall, very useful !

Good location and the rooms were cute with a sea view..

We couldn't reach out to the room service or the room dinning .. every time we will have to go out from the room and ask for any help .. phone extension isn't working..

1 time experience, new concept. Nice lobby.

The concept of a ship hotel and the historical elements. The food at Lido. Booking provided 2 meals stay. Hand held bidet in toilet, which is very important with kids. Nice lobby with library and displays.

No open pool. The only available on the 7th lower floor was scary. Preferably book high floors or decks room. We got 3rd floor. No response from reception or housekeeping. After 3 times, they answered to get an iron and iron board. The phone works only on speaker. No sleepers (would've been nice to have) . Easy to get lost in the narrow corridors.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Room. Dont get out of the room. Wifi is not really working but just dont go out because you will spend the evening running around with no one to help or assist where to go.

Convoluted elevators. No one knows where to go and what to do. Completely chaotic hot mess. No one helps with luggage. They told me that check out is at 14, I had a Zoom call at 13:30 went to hairdressers in the hotel came back at 13h and the keys of the door were not working. (I spent 60 euros to get my hair done BECAUSE of that Zoom) I talked to 8 members of the staff no one was able to help. I tried to get hotel through wifi (wifi is basically not working 80% of the time) so I got them through my Montenegrin phone and I spent few minutes explaining receptionists and concierge what is happening. So, someone finally arrived at 13:50 and unlocked my room. So I spent 60 euros on hair, about 20 euros trying to get reception and had to invent white lies why I am not on a call. Concierge asked me what they can do for me? I asked for manager and asked for a ride to my other hotel where I am having meetings (Uber would cost me 50 euros so this was the least what they could do). Nooo, they said. We cannot do that but we wil UPGRADE YOU NEXT TIME YOU STAY WITH US :)) Look I am not a Karen and I never wrote bad review on Booking in my life but the audacity of these guys, who know that I would never ever set my foot in that hole is beyond belief.

Superb

I loved staying on the boat and going to a show. We were able to get in easily and enjoy the evening on the boat. The show was lovely and we liked the experience.

The lack of eating options was very disappointing. We had no where to take the kids for dinner other than the buffet that was sorly limited and very expensive.
