Very good

The location was good and close to everything else. It was a quiet area so it was good for relaxing. There rooms were clean and proper.

There were no self catering facilities as I have a baby that I needed to cook for.

Disappointing

Poor customer care at check in. Timing as well for me was bad since it was a long weekend and guests

I did not have breakfast though I should have. I was not hungry at the time.

Very poor

Checkin was nice and quick. The staff was polite. The bathroom was well equipped. The breakfast was reasonable. The tv were connected to Dstv and the aircon worked well and quietly.

The carpets were dirty and I found food wrappings from who ever was staying before me on the floor by the couch. I am also worried they might not change the bedding often enough. The inside of the kettle was mouldy a nice wash would be great Generally the hygiene was worrisome for me.

Did not met my expectations I expected 5 out of 10 but i got 9 or 10 out of 10

The breakfast was lovely the ladies at the breakfast were nice and i was treated very well from the two ladies that works at receptions to their staff, so well taught and very kind. I really had a great holiday
