Do not recommend

The room felt dirty as soon as we walked in the beds were not comfortable at all. I booked for the weekend and ended up leaving after the first night. I had some new white socks on and soon as I walked to the restroom and back my socks were black from the bottom . The beds had stains I didnt feel comfortable having my kids stay one more night .

Great sleep. Not much in the way of spit and polish, but serviceable.

Great bed and linens

Carpet needs replacing throughout the hotel. Electric supply needs updating, lamps without knobs, had to plug it in to use it, unplug it to turn Irving. Cords running laterally across a wall from wall plug to appliance.

Disappointing

I didn't expect much but was still let down

The beds were really comfy, the staff was nice, and the shower temp and pressure were great.

The room handle was installed upside down and the room smelled like urine then later like cheap peanut butter. The bathroom had a leftover used bar of soap, what might have been black mold in one of the corners, and the shower handle had rust stains on its attachment point and then the rust ran off down the wall and into the tub.

I travel frequently to Midland and will continue to stay at Quality Inn

I am disabled and use a service dog for mobility assistance. There was no problem with my dog staying with me and I appreciated the welcoming attitude, which all so often is not the case where service dogs are concerned. There is confusion over emotional support dogs and actual service dogs.

The hot tub was out of service
