I feel the Manager was unjustified in charging me any additional money and was unreasonable.

Breakfast was good, rooms clean and in general all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly.

The Manager. My wife is handicapped and had a small accident in the bed. She was wearing a Depend but some leaked out when I was getting her up. I pulled back the sheets and notified the front desk. The bottom sheet was just a little wet and did not get into the mattress pad or mattress. After departing I received notice of an additional charge of $28.50 shown as "Damage/Smoking Fee sheets". When I contacted the Manager, she said the charge was because the sheets had to washed separately. I really doubt that that really happened. The bottom sheet was barely wet and probably dried before they cleaned the room.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet & Reasonably priced

Nice clean & quiet room. Location was great! Hotel is close to Restaurants & Gas Stations (made it easier to get gas & get back on the road the next morning).

Nothing, very comfortable stay on our road trip. Will stay there again on my next trip.

Didnt realize how far it was from 20 freeway. But it was very nice and had a good breakfast

Elevator was broken. Shower wall had a big crack and the hairdryer was gone.

Overall, the stay was ok, not exceptional.

The breakfast was skimpy,not what I expected from this motel. Staff was very attentive to our requests.

The television is WAY to small for the distance from the bed to the TV. Hard to see and could not hear very well due to the distance.

We liked the size of the room and how quiet it was. Very nice facility!

It's nice having the small keurig in the room but the water tank needs cleaning.
