Friendly, clean, and affordable.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

That if I were to pay cash I would have to leave a $300 deposit. I understand why a deposit is needed just feel its a bit too excessive.

The employees were great. I have no complaints about the hotel.

I do have a complaint about booking com. Booking.com never sent my reservation thru so I ended up having to pay twice for the same room. Booking.com ripped me off!

Fabulous!

The bedding, pillows and mattress were super comfortable! The front staff girl was professional and helpful suggesting places for dinner near bye!

The sink in room 204 did not drain, and the tub needs some texture so not to slip.

Great value for money and nice hotel/facilites and accomodating staff.

Nice value for money. The room had everything it needed. Good breakfast. The staff was really nice and accomodating and the coffee by the front desk was a nice touch.

There was a smear of something by my bedpost when I checked in, so that was unpleasant. I wish the bathroom provided hand soap. Nobody came to make my bed or fix my room after day one, and there was a crying baby in the connecting room that didn't let me sleep.

Wouldnt stay there again.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff friendly.

Had reserved a king bed but switched to a double due to unavailability. Not discount offered. Hallways and public areas dingy and rundown. Hallway carpets torn and stained. Need replacement. Ditto elevator carpet. Juice dispenser non functional and no batter for waffle maker. No fruit available.

Okay, but could have been so much better.

The breakfast was okay, but it wasnt really hot and it was not ready on time. We had 4 people in our room and only two towels. I went to get more towels and there was only one guy trying to cook breakfast and cover the front desk alone. I felt really bad for him. He dropped what he was doing and got me some more towels right away, but the manager was not in yet and nobody was covering the front desk. He needs a gold star, though! I wish I had gotten his name!

Not enough towels in our room, the pool was broken, the breakfast was just warm, not hot and things were disorganized in the breakfast room, the staff was unavailable except for the one guy who was attempting breakfast and the front desk by himself.

Good

The bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient next to everything pretty much.

The place seemed a little out of date, the couches looked really old and stained and so did the carpets. The elevator I though It was going to mess up. No vending machines so that was a bummer, But all in all good place.
