Superb

Easy to find and nice and central. The large foyer is amazing.

It was super close to CSU, and easy to catch the bus from there. An easy walk into the old town.

Come on people, it's Hilton Hotel. We expected a 5 star. I give it a 2.

Unexpected parking Fee Ice Machine was out of order on all floors. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Swimming pool was cold. Breakfast buffet was cold. Dinner at the hotel ran out of food. Heard loud footsteps from upstairs. Dog barking in the hotel. We could hear the train pass by early in the morning. When it snowed, staff did NOT shovel the snow and did not put ice melt until Monday morning. I guess we need to rest during the week where there is more staff & better service.

The fact you have to pay for parking is outrageous. I forgot to pay the 15$ overnight parking fee and received a 50$ ticket.

Location

The location is great for visiting the college. The downfall is the train that runs right besides the hotel runs every night and blows the horn. So sleeping sound is a bit challenging

Disappointing

We more than likely will not be staying at this location again.

The staff is very friendly.

The price is definitely not commensurate with the amenities provided. The beds are too small to accommodate taller, larger people and should be upgraded to queens!! The extra charges/taxes/surcharges for everything including parking is absurd. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes to get breakfast with only two people working. I understand shortages but a remedy should be in place knowing you have a hotel full of people.
