The location near to the market and a lot of shop surrounding the area and near to suria sabah. The place clean and the toilets also. Only the space is small.

The place small and outside alot of rubbish bin. outside of the hotel.

Disappointing

I will not come back again. I would rather pay more to stay at a cleaner place.

I suppose the room's condition is expected given the cheap price I paid...

Walls on the toilet was mouldy, the bathroom door was seal proof which resulted in the floor being perpetually wet. mugs provided had stains that looked suspiciously like lipstick.

Need minor improvement.

1. Comfortable bed as always. 2. Great location, walkable distance to major shopping malls, old and new. 3. Have water dispenser for drinking. Great gesture by the hotel honestly. 4. Keep improving then should be alright.

1. Expected extra pillow but can provide only one. In the future or next visit, hopefully this should be sorted out. 2. TV channels kinda useless since the first time I came. Should improve on this as well.
