Excellent service

The reception and restaurant staff are extremely professional and able to make the stay comfortable. They consider and accommodate guests' needs. I really appreciated this. Rooms are clean and the food is really good.

The first night, the neighbors made a lot of noise and I couldn't sleep. The two rooms had a door in between so the noise came through. But the hotel staff gave a me a nicer and quieter room, so they were able to make it up.

The room was great and clean, breakfast was wonderful from Conqley. I'd like the location it is walking distance to Dubai Mall and convenient to get a Taxi to anywhere.

My experience checking out at Pullman Downtown Dubai was unpleasant. I was rushing for my flight but was delayed by an issues with a bill for Lolita. I had pain in cash but the reception insisted that it was charged to my room. I was made to wait while my transport to the airport was already waiting. Fortunately I found my receipt. I dread to think what would have happened had I not kept the receipt. I would have appreciated an apology but this did not come and so I told Prasad that I would be expecting an email apologising for my experience at check out. I am still waiting for this apology.

Ahmed's exceptional assistance and kindness at the top in guest relations made my stay unforgettable and made things easy for me ... Binu's top-notch valet service ensured both me and my car were exceptionally cared for. Cant forget his smile and kindness Furthermore, Omar's excellent room service added to the overall fantastic experience. And Zakaria at the breakfast was the best ... thank you for making my stay memorable. I will come back soon thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the Team more than any other thing in the hotel

It was not really clean , and the breakfast was not the best for a 5* hotel but still not bad
