In the Park but not very comfy

Hotel is inside the park.

You need to pay extra to leave the bags with them. It is not fully a hotel, but only an extension of the park where you must pay for everything. It does not really feel like a hotel.

Location!

It is the closest hotel to the park. It was very convenient for the kids as we were going back to the hotel for naps or meals so we were not all day at the park. There was a nice pool too.

We still love Port Aventura because of its attraction.We will surely come back. .

The room because when we arrived the handle of the toilet door was broken . The lavabo clogged. Air con is not working .You can hear a lot of noise from rooms near you. Brown Pillows smells not good. And the bed sheets has a blood stains. Small fridge is not working . Some employees very kind and sweet but some are not maybe they are tired or maybe due to language barriers. Restaurants buffet are not so good. But jadore the restaurant and staff at La Liga .Super friendly employees at La Liga and super clean.

Great hotel to visit the park

The hotel is right next to the park and makes is really easy to come and go

The air on in the room was not cooling enough and the access to the park could open earlier to be able to benefit from the early opening for the uncharted ride. Not just the 15mins prior to general admission

Very good for kids .. Great and easy access to the parks.

Pools and food was very good.

Only issue was the smell from the gutters near the restaurants. It smells very bad. I also suggest entertainment in the hotel in the evening. People would enjoy there much better while having a drink.
