Hotel is very close to the park, 10 mins walk

Breakfast: too many people and the given slots to eat were of only 40 mins Room: very old furniture, heating system didnt work properly, the room was very cold

overall okay experience

we could check in online thus there was absolutely no issue about queue for check in etc. the room was good,. staff at the bar was very friendly to spare us glasses for my B-Day so we could have champagne in our room. the swimming pool with sunbeds is a huge plus when the Park is overcrowded you can enjoy the sun and have a cocktail.

very family oriented hotel especially the food in the cafeteria (pasta, burger, fries), which is our bad, we didnt realize how kids oriented the hotel was. there is a huge line always way before the dinner time standing and waiting, so if you want to avoid lines to wait for food or even to get in, book a later slot and dont come on time as it is going to be madness. something i found very disturbing was the isolation of the rooms. at times it literally felt like somebody was walking on our heads not even talking about the doors in the rooms - even if people were whispering in the corridor - i swear you could hear every breath and sneeze.

Exceptional

Staff were wonderful. Location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the theme parks. The food was delicious. Bed was comfortable and the hearing and cooling system worked very well. Loved our stay.

Good location and deal with the park tickets

Good location. Room was ok

So dark on eve it was like theyd closed down for winter already, yet was still busy. Rooms stunk of sewage Basic but ok Park was so busy hardly able to get on any rides without fast track

I like how the hotel was a short walk to the park The hotel was nice looking

Stood for 40min to get checked in. Staff were taking good looking woman woth mini skirts out the back of the quew to go check them in all happy and friendly to them when I said I've been waiting 25 min he was rude. Said some silly thing like they checked in online and booked online. So did I but didn't make any difference.

The breakfast and dinner were really good, near park 5 min walk. Staff is very friendly.

The room was basic, no fridge, the AC dont heat the room. The lighting in the room is bad, there are only 2 spots.There are only 2 lamps There is no shop near hotel but this is not their fault

Good value if you consider the PortAventura access

The hotel has very big swimming pools. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices.

Breakfast was served in a specific time slot you needed to choose in advance. At the end of your time slot you were asked to leave. There was no flexibility if you got there late within your allocated time slot. The room was quite cold and adjusting the thermostat had no effect.
