Very good

the hotel is very friendly, when anything went wrong staff were always there. the evening enternaintment was good and food was nice-

The shows were excellent

There shoukd be more information as we could not tell whether it was a show or a ride and sometimes we ended up queuing in the wrong place as we do not like rides. Also that some of the places were closed

Disappointing

Very basic facilities but close to the theme park

Location very close to the theme park and most staff were friendly and helpful especially at the reception.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room - not even a hot water kettle. The property does not provide drinking water and given It is in the middle of nowhere and only food and drink options are its restaurants which are overpriced. We paid 4EUr for a bottle of water.

Hotel was perfect very cozy and clean breakfast also was very nice

It was a big problem with a dinner. There are only 2 places to have diner. One place has only sandwiches and hotdogs and huge line 30-40 min to get it Second restaurant has very small menu and not tasty

Amazing option for PortAventura guests

Location is amazing for everyone, who would like to go to PortAventura (3 mins walking). Room is not so big but has enough spare. Honestly is needed some renovation, but room is clean, linen is also clean. Breakfast has a big variety of options, really recommend to have breakfast and even dinners (good match choice and money).

Staff in the restaurant don't speak English, that creates some troubles. Do not serve very quickly during diners, sometimes we had to remind a few times.

Ok for one time experience

Breakfasts and dinners are absolutely amazing. Kids are happy with the Park (obviously this is the only reason to stay at this hotel). Spacious room.

Room and bathroom are cheap and needs renovation. Bath towels are dirty and old. logged drain. No kettle. Narrow double bed.

Everything about the hotel is great , the location , the rooms , and the atmosphere

Been here 5 times now and there's always a weird smell like there's a problem with the sewerage system , it's not awfully strong but it's still noticeable
