Shower issues

A bit close the park. Staff is very good

Shower are not checked on technical: there were no rubbers closing the shower doors and the whole bathroom became a pool. When we changed room also that shower had a missing side of the shower door (1 not 2 this time), also here you start wetting everything

We enjoyed staying at the hotel and surely we willl comeback in summer.

The place has good ambiance. It is big. Its a relaxing place. Its very near at port aventura park.

The hotel door is difficult to open with the card.

Fabulous resort, easy access to Portaventura Park

We love this hotel and have travelled here for many years. The only thing I would call out this time is that the Coral Reef restaurant was closed, The Tapas restaurant was open but we did not eat there as it was very quiet each evening. Appreciate the buffet restaurant was available and also that it was end of season so all understandable, not an issue for us as we did travel to town for food each night as don't have young kids but could be an issue for families with small children. Overall though this is a fabulous resort and we always enjoy our visit - is within walking distance to Park and we had access included with hotel stay and could come and go as much as we wanted which was great with teenagers. When we checked out on 11/9 the pools were closed and hotel seemed to be closing up but again understandable mid September. We will definitely return.

The bed was comfortable location was good

No entertainment,no atmosphere, only food at pool bar during the day which was poor and it was only bar open,queue for breakfast was massive

Fun filled stay!

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the airport so short taxi ride, and walking distance to the theme parks. The meals were brilliant with a great selection for the kids (we have no dietary requirements). The hotel pool was brilliant, there is a pool set up like a beach so no slippery tiles and a shallow walk into the water. All the staff were wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip.

For us, the only negative thing was the sofa bed. It was not the most comfortable place to sleep for an adult and I worried about my son falling down the sides of the bed into the metal frame. The kids slept on the big bed with my partner and I tolerated the sofa...!
