Very good

Clean room with central location but not recommended for its spa facilities unfortunately.

Loved the location of the hotel - very central to get around and close to the beach. Staff were also amazing from the moment we checked in to leaving. Bed was very comfortable.

There is an overwhelming fragrance of the hotel when you walk in the door, like insense burning. Our room had quite a bad smell coming up through the drains due to rain. The staff did action this as soon as we told them by placing a bleach down the drain which stopped the smell for 24hrs but it did come back which wasnt pleasant. I booked the hotel for the spa however it is tiny and in the basement of the hotel. Not very comfortable when there is 3+ people using it.

Great room with an amazing shower. The staff was very nice.

WiFi connection was non-existent. It didn't get to our room. Breakfast needs more vegetarian options.

It was good time in Salou but the hotel could be better

+ The place is very convenient and easy to reach all main destinations in Salou. + Sauna was good. + the best service from Valentina

- Not available WiFi. - Bed creaking and low quality sheet. - Broken balcony door handle. - Paid parking.

Very good

Very clean, modern and spacious rooms.

I stayed on a Sunday night and unfortunately the spa facilities are not open on Sunday afternoons or all day Monday so I was not able to use these facilities.
