A well run hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.

The breakfast was of excellent quality, but choice of cooked options was limited if you didnt like eggs. The staff were the friendliest and well trained that l have encountered in recent years.

The small car park. Manoeuvring in the dark was tricky!

The place to stay when in Bala !

Lovely Inn, staff very friendly, gave myself & my hubby a free upgrade to the executive suite which was excellent! We had our evening meal at Plas Yn Dre, the cod & chips was gorgeous & massive !! Breakfast was smashing too, would recommend this place!

I would stay at the hotel again as we plan to go back to Wales

The Hotel was very cosy, the food was really good we had breakfast in with our rooms. We had our evening meals at the hotel and was a very popular restaurant with the locals which tells me the food is good. The staff were so friendly we really enjoyed our stay.

Its not the first time weve stayed,always the samw,good sdaff, and very clean rooms a big thumbs up to your houskeepers

Location The complimentary wine in the room,and it was merlot(fav!)

The only thing I would say, coffee sachets need to be clearer.(couldnt make out if there was decaff or not,wording was very small!had to make do with tea..

A pleasant stay in a friendly comfortable hotel.

Breakfast was very good, and although the options on the menu were rather eccentric, the staff serving were friendly and considerate in providing what we wanted. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully furnished, but one of them.was rather cramped. There is an excellent library of hardback novels downstairs. Good evening meals. Very convenient location and set back from the road so traffic noise not a problem.

The water in the showers was only lukewarm one morning. In a good hotel you expect hot water.

The staff was very welcoming . Couldn't do enough for us . Excellent service. Very clean. Bottle wine on arrival and plenty of tea coffee in our room .

The young man on breakfast was so attentive . Making sure we had everything and if everything was ok . The food was excellent . Thankyou
