Broken wall with spiders inside in the toilet

Staff was nice, pool area very quiet and barely used by guests

Old room, broken wall in the shower and spider webs in the toilet with a huge spider because the wall was broken and they were inside

Nothing

No hot water for 3 days, there were holes in the windows and doors, so mosquitos were flying inside, we have to ask for breakfast becouse they forgot we paid for it. We asked after first night to change dirty sheets, they tried to clean them without changing, changed them after 3 nights. Everyday same breakfast so after first day we didnt enjoy that. Pool needs a repair

The room was very spacious and clean! Really comfortable bed!

When we arrived they didnt show as our room, just gave us the key and nothing more. Comparing to the other places in Thailand this was the worst. They talk about free shuttle to ao nang center and when we ask they said that they dont have. Hospitality its a point that they need to improve.

A good place to sleep and swim but dont expect anything extra ordinary. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

Honestly, the pool was the only nice thing about the on-site property. In terms of the bedroom the bed was really comfortable but other than that it was pretty outdated in a lot of things. I liked the water pressure in the shower.

The fact that the TV was very old. The bedrooms werent that clean - found a lot of dirt on top of the cupboards and underneath the cupboards and also hair from previous tenants were still in the sink. They didnt have an iron. One of the receptionist told us if we had to take water we would have to forfeit getting water the next day. So I didnt like the fact that he said that. Water should be something the hotel provides at the requests of the guest at anytime.
