Melbourne is lovely

Location and size of the apartment

It was dirty and outdated. Furniture is worn, kitchen and bathrooms were grubby. Also had a demand of a security deposit 24 hours before check in. It was impossible to call to query it. I wasted so much time trying to get hold of someone that represents the booing agent .

Lovely apartment, great location, our first time visiting Melbourne and we loved it.

The decore, I liked being up high, I liked the upstairs/downstairs. The apartment has a Wow factor. Its big and spacious. We are a family of 5 with adult children so it was lovely having so much room. The free tram stop right outside was convenient.

The open balcony was concerning but looking out I saw alot of open balconies, maybe a way of locking the door to the balconies would be nice. The master bed was abit hard for us, maybe a mattress topper would be nice.

Massively disappointing start to the stay which left a lingering sour taste.

The location and the proximity to transport services. The apartment was nice.

The unorganized process of receiving keys and no immediate access upon arrival (at nominated check-in time of 4pm) Being unable to access the room until after 6pm on day of arrival due to a previous late check-out and the apartment needing to be cleaned. The promise of a $50 credit that never eventuated.

Great location, close to train station and airport shuttle

The location of this property's great, right across a tram stop and opposite from Southern Cross Station where there's a supermarket to get groceries too. There's also a Thai massage that just opened late March, which is really convenient after a long day. The team also maintained great communication from even before we arrived. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacement upon check-in, and they immediately fixed it while we were out. The whole apartment was homey and well-maintained. Having a guest bathroom on the first floor was certainly helpful as it saved us trips going up and down the stairs!

The only downside is that the master's bathroom only had one sink so we couldn't get ready simultaneously.

Large apartment Full kitchen

The carpet was very stained and appeared unkempt We were told it was 21 years old and it had been shampooed approximately 4 weeks prior to our arrival. The carpet being stained and dirty really made the whole apartment look old and dirty
