We ve had a really good week we highly recommend!

The staff was really friendly. It was really quiet and clean. Close to everything (dreamworld, shopping center) Lovely swimming pools the appartement had everything you need . Walking distance to shop and beach .

Lovely layout with two pools and views over the canals. Good location. Older style appartment, but with some recent upgrades. Secure underground parking.

The check out list of things to do made us wonder why we even paid the room rate. The couches were lumpy and dusty.

good if no incident happen. as no one could help or fix anything from 4pm Friday untill Mon.

the staff were friendly. helped us to receive some parcels which helped us a lot. like the secure car park

The curtains in the two girls' bedrooms fell twice, hitting my daughter once on the head and once on her lip. the curtains was fixed on the 4th day. The fan was broken and was replaced on the 5th day. the office closes at 4pm on Friday, and do not open on Sat/Sun. so, when we checked in at around 5pm on Friday, no one could help. Had to ring them and to get our keys from the locker. Would be easier if they could email us the PIN for the locker before we arrive. Because they do not open over the weekend, they could only arrange curtain fix on Monday, and replace the Fans on Tuesday. So, in 4 nights, the kids could only sleep on the floor & sofa, because of no privacy & too hot.
