    Like the spaciousness of the room that we stayed IN Rm 2017. However
    The viral otak otak that had chunky bits of Sotong in it. The friendly staff from its reception staff, Housekeeping and restaurant.

    Not very pleasant.
    We need to check out very early at 5.30am and it was very nice of the hotel to pack noodles for us to take away with us. No response from housekeeping and we have to call front desk when we run out of toilet, response was fast.
    Breakfast spread has no variety: only bread and noodles ie all carbo. No coffee, tea or milk. There was a dead dragonfly inside an overturned glass cup in my room bathroom. There is no shampoo or shower foam provided. The bath towels has a stale smell. There is no partition between toilet and shower area so the the bathroom is wet all over after someone has taken a shower. We could not stop the air con from rotating probably due to faulty remote control. As a result the air con was blowing in our faces and we could not sleep well. The furniture and fittings look old and some parts are broken.
