Great staff, great location, cozy stay. I definitely felt taken care of with the Patio Hotel Staff.

The breakfast was great, they changed it up day to day. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was quiet and away from general foot traffic but close to the fun. We were a close walk away from Mermerli beach... which was breathtaking. A beach with a view of mountains!

Negative is mostly about location and outside issues- The food in the area was super priced up, even for someone like me from NYC. Dinners range from 40-150 USD(Dollar). The food isn't very good either in the area. The Patio Hotel restaurant had good tea, breakfast, and pasta. So you have something to fall back on. The room was small, but cozy. I don't know if it's a Turkish thing but there is no microwave available. You have to keep buying food to eat something warm. Also bottled water had to be purchased daily, either from outside or a 1L bottle from the hotel for 15 Lira. Nothing too bad, the Old Town area was great. But if you leave the premises of oldtown and go to the city center, you will be harassed every time you walk buy from majority of store owners. People will hand you menus, call you out, take your hand, and insist you purchase something at their store/restaurant. Also most day tour pick ups are not in Old Town ( Kaleici) it is a 12 minute walk to the Mcdonald's to meet up with your bus. The pick ups are outside because doesn't have traditional roads, it's meant to be walking only.

I highly recommend this hotel, delicious breakfasts. the owner reads minds. We had to check out at 3 and the owner himself prepared food for us for the journey, a very positive surprise. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the beautiful old town and close to everything. nice terrace restaurant with delicious tacos. room clean and tidy!

Its nice to stay in the old town

Hotel is located in the old town, approx 10min walk to main shopping street or to the marina. Room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay including air con as it was still hot in September and a kettle if you want to make coffee and tea.

Breakfast is between 8am to 10am and they cook for you after youre seated so its fresh but this also means you dont get to eat right away - need to wait about 10min - 15min til you are served... if you have a tour then you may not have enough time to eat and go to tour meeting point because if youre staying in the old town, tours will pick you up from main street Mc Donalds. I didnt get to enjoy breakfast on one of my days. Staff are friendly but they dont speak much English. You dont recieve daily bottled water = I got one bottle at check in and a second bottle when I asked for it. They sell bottled water to hotel guests, its not expensive but one bottled water should be provided daily to all hotel guests. You have a key to access your room. Once inside your room, you can lock the door then put the room card into a slot to get electricity. If you need to ask reception something, you have to remove your room card from the slot which turns off electricity, then open the door with the key... Its a minor issue but frustrating one. Mini fridge in the room was very loud, noisy so i didnt use it and it will only keep your drinks cold when you are in the room - with the room card in the slot. TV does not have English channels. My room was right next to reception and on street level so I could hear everything... as I had a busy schedule, I slept well but if youre a light sleeper, maybe that room may not be suitable for you. If I am to revisit Antalya, I would stay in the old town but pick a different hotel.

very nice location; old town, close to many cafes, tram, nice park, small beach I liked breakfast very much; lots of great authentic dishes bed was comfortable wifi worked well, also for video calls very cute dogs
