The breakfast was good ,bed was comfy and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfy and shower was good.

Having to find a car park, which took us an hour with the walk back to the hotel. And there was no tea facilities in the room for the price, which we wasn't happy about. But fortunately the receptionist found us a kettle for the room.

Superb

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, staff was very nice and helpful.

There was noise whenever someone walked past the door. To little space in bathroom, but for business trip and spending just evenings in the room, it was fine.

I won't stay there again if I can avoid it.

Not much, really. Maybe the location? Only a 20 minutes walk from the closest McDonald's open late at night.

The check-in ... did not happen. There was nobody at the hotel, so there was a number to call to open the door. The person on the call ended up not being very friendly, and making much fuss about my having another number than the one registered with Booking (I took a local SIM card). The room had a very strong smell of paint and was very small. The bathroom was not very well equipped, was very small and the towels were also of low quality and small size.

Too expensive for a outdated room with very few comfort. However, staff and location are top!

Staff was super friendly and immediately changed our room because there was a horrible sewer smell in the room first foreseen for us. The location was top!

The hotel is completely outdated and looks really awful. We were supposed to sleep in the annex but the room was really to smelly and very difficult to reach. Several stairs and corridors to cross before finally reaching the room. The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us another room. There is no water in the room, the soap dispenser was empty, there is no coffee machine. The tv set really really tiny. The tiles in the shower were affected by moist.. No good value for money!

The hotel is ideal for a short or long stay

Location was ideal. Quick and direct transfer from Gent Sint Pieters station to the hotel by bus. Range of places to eat within easy walking distance from the hotel, to suit all tastes and budgets.
