Good place to stay if you will need train station later.

Room is clean and comfortable. Quiet room, I havent heard any trains at night at all. 5 min walk to the Sint Pieters Station. Good places to eat are in about 2,5~3,0 km walk. Very beautiful park near hotel.

Breakfast are poor: boiled egg, cereals, bread, cheese, ham, jam an yogurt - husband left hungry (breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00, we were at 09:00), no electric kettle in the room.

-location (35 mins walk or 15 mins by tram line to the city centre- 5 mins walk to the central train station with connection to nearby cities) -6 free parking slots (first come first serve) -cleanliness and daily cleaning services

-old building (doors windows) -small room, decoration, moquette all over the floor) -the bathtub, sink and toilet drains bring out an unpleasant sewage smell and the water in the sink and bathtub gathered and did not drain properly, we informed the staff, they said they will have a look but it did not improve (might be a general problem) over the next days -very narrow staircase and small elevator -could hear voices and noise from rooms next door, does not feel very private

It was so near to the train station and you could walk to the city center, it was about 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the toilet was not clean. The behavior of staff was so good except once, when we asked for iron from one of the staff, the way of answering was not pleasant, and we were not allowed to use the iron in the room.

Very good

The hotel is managed by real people. Friendly and personal. There's a free car park. Room was clean. The price was sharp. Recently renovated and fully functioning bathroom. Good wifi. Really silent room.

The building shows its age. I guess the room decoration is hit or miss. Our room was only accessible by an extra flight of stairs. No toiletries. But given the price this was absolutely not dissapointing.
