Stay in Negombo

Location, apartment, staff, value we originally booked two days but eventually after a tour we stay actually stayed 10 days.

Owner was a bit forgetful when asked questions, we requested a taxi to train station on last day we were quoted what we thought was a very high price for a 1 hour journey compared to other journeys we have had. We didn't realise that we were getting the hotel car I'm sure a pickup would have been cheaper. Not a good feeling after a nice stay.

A Gem by the Beach

Park Lane Apartments is a true gem in Sri Lanka. The beautiful, clean, and homely atmosphere, coupled with its convenient location just steps away from the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, made my stay unforgettable. Mr. Shehan and his attentive staff made me feel like both a cherished guest and an owner, striking the perfect balance. The breakfast was delightful, and the reliable Wi-Fi added to the practicality of the well-designed and comfortable apartment. This spot is ideal for short or long stays, offering privacy and a peaceful environment. Park Lane Apartments exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in Sri Lanka.

The stay was ok we felt like home thanks to the hospitality of the staff..They try their best to make our stay a good one Mr Shehan abd wife was like our father and mother yes ....we recomand this if your transit and need to rest before your next trip They provide pick up transfer to and from Airport... We will come bck definetly

The owner Shehan is a gentleman, very friendly and helpful. Pick up from and to the airport smoothly organised. Clean and spacious accommodation. Very tasty breakfast.

This place is very beautiful, very clean, and has a homely feel. Everything is spot on as described. A few steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Shehan is a legend! He and his staff make you feel like a dear guest and owner at the same time. Words cannot justify this place. I wish we could have stayed there for more days but our time in Sri Lanka has ended. Until next time guys!

Big family apartment. Clean swimming pool.

We were not aware of staying in a house 1 min away from the main building where breakfast was served and the pool was located. Mosquito net with holes.

Such warm and friendly hosts who were more than happy to help out in anyway. The host arranged transfer to our next loc

The apartment was big and had everything we needed and secure. Shops and restaurants where 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was exceptional.

A lick of paint would tidy it up.

The staff and the owner with his family were very polite and accommodating. The place is located not far from the beach. I stayed there for two months and enjoyed it. When I had any issue with the kitchen or a bathroom, there are all being fixed immediately

Probably the washing machine was not very good. It is old and sometimes the water was leaking, but it was still possible to use. And it was replaces by another one soon
