Fantastic stay at Park Hyatt to celebrate our 70th birthdays and 45th anniversary

Excellent choices for breakfast and food was greatso was the service. In particular, id give praises to your concierge team on the ground floorthey have been so helpful in providing tips on what to d and where to go. Keep it up.

I stayed in room 410. And i find the water pressure less satisfactory.

The crew is amazing. All my issues were solved very quick and the experience was amazing. They are very welcoming and respectful. I also liked the quality of food and high level of organization. My room was cleaned twice a day (not even needed)

The only thing that they could work on a little bit is the quality of wifi signal in the rooms. Normally on a vacation it would be ok, but for a business travel like mine was awful. Needed to go downstairs to attend a meeting.

They have a rate with and without breakfast, if you decide to have breakfast and your rate is breakfast not included they annoy you during the meal to sign the bill and if you dont have a registered cc in their sistem then you will be barred from eating breakfast no need for this kind of behavior in a 5 star hotel

Unprofessional behavior from desktop man .. I reached hotel 9 pm Thursday after long driving from KSA . Was surprised when he forced me to sign a paper of 6 KQR if fire alarm starts in my room!! He claimed that i have Bokhor ( arab item that burns and gives nice smell) however i told him that i dont have and ready to open and check my bags by him but he refused !! What a very bad unprofessional and unexpected behavior from such a 5 stars hotel !!!! Will never come back..
