Apartment was extremely unclean. Layers of dust on the ceiling and skirting boards. Shower not cleaned properly.

Location is good, straight way to the beach.

The apartment smells very strongly of fungus and old people. Many things were broken, and the walls were punched. The air conditioning doesn't work, the interior is from the 70s and very dirty, rusty. Upon entry, you need to leave a deposit of 200$, and you will be able to see 6 centimetre cockroaches! I really don't recommend it.

Superb

We had the best stay here. We made use of the facilities every day. The kids loved the pool, plenty of seating. The pool was warm and inviting. The rooms were older but clean and functional. I described it to my friends as a once fancy place now just a little aged. Plenty of space in the lounge, bedroom and verandah. We walked to cavill every day, so close to the tram and beach. The staff were friendly and we would 100% stay again.

The only thing I can say bad was its a little run down and we didn't stay long enough.

Horrible, disgusting, dont rent this room out again until its livable.

Location

The room was disgusting, was literally sick at the smell when packing up. The couch was disgusting, several unclean marks to the carpet, squashed bugs on the ceiling that were not squashed by us..
