Mid with rude staff

The view from The balcony was nice

I wasnt advised that they dont clean the rooms. I called up when my room wasnt cleaned and they said it would be later (it wasnt). When I went downstairs the older woman behind the desk was insanely rude and said I needed to provide 24 hours notice to request it to be cleaned- weird rule, and why that wasnt explained at check in was beyond me. Nothing was explained at check in tbh, the staff did the bare minimum and that woman. Was so rude. Additionally youre far from the strip and its not safe to walk anywhere around there. The casino food options were lacking and expensice. The room was pretty mid tbh.
