Very good

It was not too bad except for the areas I mentioned above.

The cereals and fruit spread was very good.

The quality of the food was not the best, eg. the mutton and chicken sausages. The bread was not soft. The toast was too hard. The tables and chairs were too close together.

Beautiful hotel with huge garden

Location was great as well as breakfast/dining area. Rooms were spacious with big bathroom.

The staff took very long to check us in and out the next morning, and the entire 5th floor where our room was 522, smelt of smoke....

Comfortable rooms and great location, but service needs improvement.

Great position and fantastic pool.

Breakfast service is really not great. Ordered food takes ages. Bar service is also poor.

We loved our stay, the bird life and the magnolia trees are such a gift. The staff were so warm and polite! Well done Team Pallazo, I think there are few places like yours left anywhere...!!

Amazing stay

Comfortable, clean, water in room, air conditioner. Undercover parking

Fridge in room was full, of snacks, no space for my insullin, no freezer on top to put my ice cubes in to freeze my box to put my insullin in, the following day to Cape Town But the staff helped me at reception
