The breakfast was nice, the hall was beautiful as well. And the location was great for accessibility to marina with 20mins ride. The bathroom was ok.

The rooms were old fashioned and we paid for a room for 3 and only got a sofa bed rather than a suite as we had expected.

Misleading and Disappointing: the Hotel Falls Short of Expectations

I recently stayed at Salls Marina Portals Hotel in Mallorca, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired . This hotel falls far short of its claimed 4-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel, including the facilities and rooms, is outdated and could easily pass for a 1 or 2-star establishment. The beds were uncomfortable, and the showers were not only outdated but also dirty. One major issue I encountered was the thin walls; it was nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from neighboring rooms. Safety was also a concern as the spa facilities were old, dirty, and notably slippery, which posed a real danger. However, I must give credit where it's due - the breakfast was indeed great in terms of quality, but the inconvenience of it opening late was disappointing. In summary, for the price charged, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it fails to meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment!!

Holiday as the hotel was just ok .

Good location from village and marina. Loved the spa . Lovely room bed and bathroom

Breakfast was Luke warm every day. Snack bar and pool closed on our last day . It was advertised as an adult hotel but there was children of all ages there.

Very good

Restaurant staff very friendly very clean. And food for value of money good, only thing more vegetables at breakfast would be good, not everyone eats meet .

All hotel good, spa need upgrade, water dirty, jacuzzi and most of buttons in spa don't work very disappointed especially when you buy access for spa.
