Excellent location, can connect you to every part of osaka easily. One of the best lobbies I have ever seen. Spectacular view from our room to the Ocean.

I had a good time with a good breakfast.

The hotel is adjacent to all shops and restaurants and stations.

Taxi stand is hard to reach if Bell staff is not helpful, which made it more challenging.

It seems like only Booking.com is able to book 3 persons in a room. Very happy with our stay.

Convenient location to shopping, food and JR station.

Checking in takes a long time.

Very good

The location is great. It's close to USJ, Osaka Tower and Osaka castle. The top floor is the observation deck. The view from the room is awesome.

The amenities in the room are scarce. The refrigerator houses drinks that have to be paid for. The shower has a shade that lowers for privacy. Not good if travelling with children.

Great location and amazing view. Breakfast and other service elements are a bit lacking.

Convenient location and great view / building. Room is also spacious and nice. Staff is friendly and housekeeping is good.

While all staff members are friendly, i cannot say that all staff are well-trained - at least not to the level of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is also lacking. Not enough options and quality of each food item is definitely not something you would come back for. Bar was okay
