Superb

Convenient to ASU campus and especially football and basketball stadiums.

Room was perfect size and thought of all the little things (like a corner shelf for shaving your leg in the shower!). Loved the layout and furniture was all substantial.

I'll never stay at Hyatt again.

It was a very unpleasant stay. We spent 4 nights there and they only came to the room ONCE to take out some of our garbage (only after I called and complained). Didn't clean anything in the room.

Beautiful hotel but felt out of place with diversity.

I love the room and how clean and very nice it was than my house lol. Very quiet on the roof top which was nice. Not crowded.

My only issue was that I paid $15 for parking and couldnt use it properly had to go back and fourth to the lobby for assistance. Then last time exiting the check in man had to go all the way out to let me out with a QR code. I am not the only one with the issue hole place had the issue. The room was a bit small.
